Hoang The Nhiem was born in 1960 in Ho Chi Minh City - VietNam. He lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City. He is also a member of HOPA (Ho Chi Minh photography Association), VAPA (Vietnamese Association of Photographic Artist), and A.FIAP (Artist of the International Federation of Photographic Art).
