But what is the right light? What is the right time to have a good photo? It’s all about your judgement of light and your ability to use the light meter as if it’s an extension of your body and mind. That’s what we do, show you how.

In the workshop:
-Overview and explanation of most basic concepts: aperture, shutter speed, ISO, stop, EV, contrast, brightness, etc
-How film surface reacts to light
-Light meter types, how they works
-Analysis of light meter types, pros and cons
-Sunny 16, know your exposure without light meter
-Zone system
-Camera with built-in light meter
-Stand-alone light meter in specific conditions
-Handle different lighting conditions
-Impact of light metering and how to make adjustment in film processing
